In this design, it is aimed to minimize the lost areas in the corridor and to make the net areas of the rooms as large as possible. In addition, a closet room with a washing machine and a dryer is located to the right of the entrance. I wanted to show a different possibility than the draft you drew. I hope you like it.
Note: The fact that there is only a plan in the request list, which is also suitable for the amount of the competition awards, shows that the main thing is to seek a logical solution with a plan drawing. However, I am sure that some ambitious designers will present 3D visuals as usual, even though this competition is not an interior decoration competition.
