Nella planimetria rivista ho mirato a utilizzare lo spazio con la massima efficienza spostando alcune stanze (bagno, cucina) in linea con i vostri desideri. Spostando il bagno pubblico, ti ho offerto un bagno padronale dove potrai goderti il ​​tuo tempo. Se lo desideri, puoi condividere questo bagno con lo studio e creare la tua zona di attività a cui si accede solo dalla camera da letto. Puoi facilmente determinare l'identità dell'utente bloccando l'accesso al balcone comune in quest'area da qualsiasi parte tu voglia.
Nella planimetria che ho preparato ho trovato più accurato separare l'accesso allo studio dalla zona notte e indirizzarlo verso l'ingresso. Mentre accedo al bagno pubblico, ho creato una zona lavanderia con ante pieghevoli che sembrano proprio un armadio in un piccolo spazio.
E come desideri, ho combinato il tuo spazio abitativo con una cucina a vista. Se lo desideri, puoi scegliere un caminetto nell'angolo del soggiorno per creare un'atmosfera piacevole.

In the revised floor plan, I aimed to use the area with maximum efficiency by changing the location of a few rooms (bathroom, kitchen) according to your requests. By moving the general bathroom, I offered you a master bathroom where you can spend time with pleasure. If you wish, you can also create an activity area that is only accessible from the bedroom by using this bathroom together with the study room. You can easily determine the user identity by blocking the access to the common balcony in this area from any part you want.
In the plan I have arranged, I found it more appropriate to separate the access to the study room from the bedroom hall and head towards the entrance hall. While accessing the general bathroom, I created a laundry room area with folding doors that look like a closet in a small area.
And as you wish, I combined your living space with an open kitchen. If you wish, you can choose a fireplace in the corner of the living room to create a pleasant ambiance.
