Project Overview: Rustic Open-Plan Living
​This design focuses on a Rustic aesthetic that blends traditional materials with a modern, open-plan layout. The design is split into two primary levels: a communal Ground Floor and a private First Floor suite.
​1. Ground Floor: Communal & Social Spaces
​The ground floor is designed for flow and social interaction, featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.
​Living Area: Centered around a large stone fireplace, which serves as the primary focal point of the room. It features comfortable, neutral-toned seating and large wooden beams on the ceiling to enhance the rustic feel.
​Kitchen & Dining: A seamless transition leads to the kitchen, which utilizes natural wood cabinetry and modern appliances. A central dining table for three provides a dedicated space for meals.
​Stone Courtyard: An outdoor extension of the living space, featuring textured flagstones and a dining set for "alfresco" experiences.
​Storage: Smart use of space includes a dedicated storage unit tucked neatly under the staircase.
​2. First Floor: The Master Suite
​The upper floor is a private sanctuary dedicated entirely to the Master Bedroom and its amenities.
​Master Bedroom: A spacious room with warm wood flooring and rustic finishes. It includes integrated wardrobes and bedside lighting for a cozy atmosphere.
​En-suite Bathroom: A private bathroom directly connected to the bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower and stone-textured flooring that maintains the project's material palette.
​Private Terrace: The bedroom opens up to a small, private outdoor terrace, providing natural light and a personal outdoor retreat
