D'altra parte, cerchiamo di adattare l'immobile agli standard spaziali e progettuali del nostro tempo, ricercando immobili con grande spazialità e la massima flessibilità possibile per adattarsi ai diversi modi di vivere nella nostra società attuale.
Rispettiamo gli accessi da voi indicati e sottolineiamo l'importanza che questi siano accessi marcatamente indipendenti e con accessi diversificati, il che garantisce una maggiore privacy alle unità e ai loro spazi esterni.
Garantiamo che le aree di servizio abbiano una ventilazione naturale e che ogni luogo abbia una ventilazione incrociata. Inoltre, le zone di servizio, i bagni e le cucine sono costruiti sulla parete che presenta l'orientamento e lo stato dei bordi peggiori, poiché è attaccata ad un altro edificio. Nell'abitazione al piano superiore, ciò è stato ottenuto trasformando il nuovo soppalco nella camera da letto principale, creando così un piano spazioso e flessibile per il soggiorno-sala da pranzo. Inoltre, sia per la sala da pranzo che per il soggiorno vengono utilizzate situazioni a doppia altezza. Per ottenere un buon posizionamento della scala e una maggiore funzionalità del soppalco, si propone di sostituire il sistema di capriate in legno con profili metallici IPN all'altezza del soppalco (per evitare livelli diversi che ostacolino l'accesso e la visuale dello stesso) e colonne in legno come si può vedere nelle immagini. Per quanto riguarda lo stile e l'immagine, abbiamo cercato di generare ampie superfici di rivestimento bianco che esaltano la luminosità oltre a generare un contrasto che metta in risalto le qualità dei materiali naturali fortemente presenti, legno e pietra.

First of all we want to highlight the beauty and historical value of the property, which led us to decide from the beginning of the project that we would not do any operations on the facades, no opening or wall was modified. On the other hand, we seek to adapt the property to the spatial and design standards of our time, seeking properties with great spatiality and the greatest possible flexibility to adapt to the various ways of living in our current society.
We respect the accesses indicated by you and we highlight the importance of these being markedly independent accesses and with diverse accesses, which provides greater privacy to the units and their exterior spaces.
We ensure that the service areas have natural ventilation and that each location has cross ventilation. In addition, the service areas, bathrooms and kitchens are built on the wall, which has the worst orientation and edge condition, due to being attached to another building. In this way, the windows with the best solar conditions and beautiful views are used for the first premises, living room, dining room, bedroom.
In the ground floor home, a sliding door is generated that separates or integrates the bedroom with the living room, generating greater privacy or full integration.
In the upper floor home, this was achieved by converting the new mezzanine into the master bedroom, thus creating a spacious and flexible floor for the living-dining room. In addition, double height situations are used for both the dining room and the living room. To achieve a good position of the staircase and greater functionality of the mezzanine, it is proposed to replace the wooden truss system with IPN metal profiles at the height of the mezzanine (to avoid different levels that hinder access and views of it) and wooden columns as can be seen in the images. Regarding the style and image, we sought to generate large surfaces of white facing that enhance the luminosity in addition to generating a contrast that highlights the qualities of the highly present natural materials, wood and stone.
