We are looking for a fairly traditional style, the area must be divided into 4 buildings.
The buildings will all be the same, they can be detached less than 10 meters from each other, provided that the walls less than 10 meters away do not provide windows.
The house must have three floors (a basement), the ground floor with kitchen, living room, bathroom and a bedroom, to be made also a porch, on the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Access to the basement will be in common as indicated in the plan.

Siamo alla ricerca di uno stile abbastanza tradizionale, l'area deve essere divisa in 4 edifici.
Gli edifici saranno tutti uguali, potranno essere staccate meno di 10 metri uno dall'altro, a patto che le pareti distanti meno di 10 metri non prevedano finestre.
La casa dovrà essere di tre piani (uno interrato), il piano terra con cucina, soggiorno, bagno e una camera, da realizzare anche un porticato, al piano primo due camere e un bagno.
L'accesso all'interrato sarà in comune come indicato nella planimetria.
Superficie totale singolo edificio circa 120 mq
