I tried to follow all your needs according to design brief.
In kitchen, I use grey, black, and white combinations with brick wall design. In Living room there is a yellow L shaped sofa which creates contrast to the environment. There is a transparent fireplace between kitchen and living room which makes a well transition. Bedrooms have elegant choices with furnitures and materials.
Each space is designed according to your brief and messages.
I couldn't complete couple of requirements. In case of winning, I can work on them, too.
