I made a solution based from your requests. I developed in the second floor the day zone becouse there is the tarrace and you have the view. In the second floor also i put the studio or you can use it like a guest room, and a toilet. The other area of the second floor is the kitchen, dinning room and the living room. In the first floor is the night area, the master bedroom with toilet inside, a single bedroom and also the main toilet and a storage. I choose some examples for your facade, that suits with the area. I picked some modern and classic examples.
