A POSSIBLE PROJECT
I regret that we cannot meet your expectations, but regulations, the windows, and the location of the drains do not allow us to transform the storage room into a kitchen/bathroom, as there is no logical or sensible way to drain it, unless using a mechanical system, which suposes an enormous risk in short time.

We transformed the storage room into a studio or second bedroom (not suitable as principal space due to lack of ventilation and natural light). The proposed enclosure will be a 2-meter-high glass wall that will allow indirect natural light and ventilation integrated with the living/dining room.
The second bathroom and laundry room we requested are only possible through the solution we adopted. We are aware that this reduces the kitchen space, but it is a feasible solution. To create space for a refrigerator and a tall cabinet, we utilized the existing passageway.

WE REITERATE THAT WE HAVE MADE OUR BEST EFFORT, BUT THE LIMITATIONS ARE SIGNIFICANT AND METERS CAN'T BE STRETCHED.
