I redesigned the apartment by transforming the existing one-bedroom layout into a functional two-bedroom apartment while keeping the kitchen separate and preserving the master bedroom as close as possible to its original size. I converted the existing kitchen, which has direct access to the balcony, into a second bedroom or home office and explored a solution to integrate a small bathroom and laundry area within the existing storage room, including a toilet, handheld bidet spray, sink, and washing machine. The layout was kept as close as possible to the original to reduce construction costs and maintain the existing plumbing and circulation. The interior design follows a minimalist and natural approach, using light materials such as light oak parquet in the living areas and bedrooms, porcelain stoneware in the kitchen and bathrooms, warm white and beige tones, and natural textures. The bedrooms were designed with simple, functional furniture and integrated storage solutions to maximize the available space.
