For proposal 2, the space is opened connecting the kitchen, the dining room and the living room to the bedrooms. The main room takes advantage of the window with a view of the beach to have better lighting, and a desk is also generated. While the auxiliary room is at the back with a single bed and a folding bed with a folding desk.
Proposal 3 relocates the kitchen to leave the living room connected to the window door and the main room is redesigned.
