Congratulation for your new property purchase and thank you for the opportunity to redesign your beautiful house. I proposed eight alternative designs with an open layout for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Alternative 1 and 2 design has the same layout plan but a different furniture plan for the living room. I did not change the kitchen position in both alternative designs, yet I demolished the kitchen wall. I proposed a wood partition to separate the entrance and living room. I designed two working spaces, one is inside the master bedroom, which is separated from the bedroom with a glass wall, and the other is next to the single bedroom. I also use a glass sliding door in case it needs privacy.

The alternative 2 design has same concept with alternative 1 design. The difference is only the sofa and tv table placement.

In the alternative 3 design, I changed the position of the entrance door. I also changed the kitchen position to the space the bathroom 1 and single bedroom. This makes the living room is bigger than other alternative designs. I designed two working spaces, one is inside the master bedroom, and the other is near the dining room. I aldo added small desk corner in the single bedroom.

In the alternative 4 design, I also change the kitchen position to the room which has the biggest window facing the sea. I proposed two separated working space which can be closed if it needs privacy to avoid the noise.

In the alternative 5 design, I proposed the position of dining, kitchen, and living room are in the sea overlooking spaces.

In the alternative 6 design, the position of living room, dining room, bathroom 1, master bedroom and single bedroom are same with alternative 1 and 2, but the bathroom 2 is located between single bedroom and bathroom 1. The kitchen position is located between master bedroom and bathroom 1. The working spaces in this alternative are inside master bedroom and single bedroom.

Alternative 7 layout design has similarity with alternative 1 and 2 yet in the alternative 7, the access of bathroom 2 is from inside masterbedroom.

Alternative 8 layout design has similarity with alternative 3, yet in this alternative 8, access of bathroom 2 in from inside master bedroom.
