EN: The entrance hall is equipped with built-in wooden wardrobes and shoe cabinets along the walls. A modern glass sliding door has been added to separate the entrance from the breakfast area.

IT: L'ingresso è dotato di armadiature a muro in legno e scarpiere lungo le pareti. È stata aggiunta una moderna porta scorrevole in vetro per separare l'ingresso dalla zona colazione.

2. Breakfast Section / Sezione Colazione
EN: A new internal window has been added to the wall shared with the living room to increase natural light. Additionally, a new doorway has been placed on the main axis to facilitate the transition from the kitchen to the dining area.

IT: Una nuova finestra interna è stata aggiunta alla parete condivisa con il soggiorno per aumentare la luce naturale. Inoltre, è stato inserito un nuovo varco sull'asse principale per facilitare il passaggio dalla cucina alla zona pranzo.

3. Kitchen and Pantry / Cucina e Dispensa
EN: A new small pantry section with integrated shelving has been included within the kitchen to increase storage capacity.

IT: All'interno della cucina è stata inclusa una nuova piccola zona dispensa con scaffalature integrate per aumentare la capacità di stoccaggio.

4. Laundry Room / Lavanderia
EN: To save space, the washer and dryer are stacked. The area is optimized with built-in cabinetry and a hidden ironing board.

IT: Per risparmiare spazio, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono posizionate a colonna. L'area è ottimizzata con armadi a muro e un asse da stiro a scomparsa.

5. Game Room / Sala Giochi
EN: This room is designed with a flexible furniture layout; it has the infrastructure to be converted into a study or a small bedroom in the future.

IT: Questa stanza è progettata con una disposizione flessibile degli arredi; ha la predisposizione per essere trasformata in uno studio o in una piccola camera da letto in futuro.

6. Guest Room / Camera per gli Ospiti
EN: Designed as a comfortable guest suite, this room is suitable for use as a Master Suite according to long-term needs.

IT: Progettata come una confortevole suite per gli ospiti, questa stanza è adatta per essere utilizzata come Master Suite in base alle esigenze a lungo termine.

EN: A soft Italian style dominates the plan, highlighting its seaside location with stone-textured terraces and soft color transitions that emphasize natural light.

IT: Lo stile italiano morbido domina la planimetria, sottolineando la posizione fronte mare con logge in pietra e transizioni di colori tenui che enfatizzano la luce naturale.
