Residential - Apartment
I have redesigned the apartment to fully meet your needs and requirements, with a strong focus on optimal space utilization and creating a comfortable and functional living experience.
A closed kitchen with a glass façade was designed to ensure privacy while maintaining a sense of openness, in addition to a preparation kitchen located on the terrace for daily use. The sea-facing terrace overlooking the see was also utilized to create a distinctive entertainment and seating area to enjoy the view.
The living and dining areas were designed as an open-plan space with direct access and views to the sea-facing terrace, enhancing natural light and spatial flow.
The staircase was positioned at the center of the home with a unique design, and the area beneath it was efficiently utilized for practical storage solutions.
Regarding the guest bathroom, a washbasin was thoughtfully placed first at the entrance in a way that avoids direct visibility, while the toilet area is enclosed behind a separate door to ensure privacy.
In addition, a children’s play area was designed with an open door connected to the living space, allowing easy supervision and providing a safe and comfortable environment.
The laundry area was carefully designed to meet all functional needs, featuring a washing machine, dryer, and a laundry sink overlooking a terrace window, along with ample storage space for cleaning supplies organized in a practical manner.
Note: The design was developed using Procreate and Morpholio Trace.
