Briefing

we will need three bedrooms (roughly 15m2 each) for the children; one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one small bathroom, one laundry; living room and open space kitchen that should be on the SW side of the apartment; from the map you will see that there’s a small balcony all around the apartment; please consider that this floor was used as an office, so we’re more than happy of taking down all the internal walls; i’ve marked with W.C. where the upper floor correspondent pipes are.
