Wow!
We start with basement:
As client demands I placed a storage and Laundry, game room, small cinema, gym and small studio. If we use a wheeled billiard table we can use that place as party room too.
Elevator:
For having more comfort for residents and guests (maybe old guests) I placed an elevator beside of the stair box.
Ground Floor:
A large kitchen ( we garden access), and dining room in front of that and TV room placed in the best position. A great room to drink wine and read books is there so.
1st Floor:
All of residents rooms are there, and small office or study room is placed at the end of hallway.A large master room with walk-in closet and bath.
Site:
A pool and garden. All I have added to this yard.
