Residential - Apartment
With a total built area of approximately 160 square meters, the project was divided into two distinct sections: a 120 sqm unit for the family and a 40 sqm unit designed for temporary stay or rental purposes.
The most efficient configuration positioned the 40 sqm unit in the southwest corner of the plan, allowing it to benefit from a private balcony while maintaining an optimal functional layout.
The family apartment was organized so that the bedrooms and the shared bathroom are located at the entrance, along a wide corridor that clearly defines the private zone. The kitchen and living area were placed on the northern side to maximize the sea view. Additionally, both bedrooms have direct access to a balcony.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a custom wardrobe as requested by the client.
The study / home office / guest room was positioned in a way that allows direct access without passing through other spaces, and is located adjacent to the apartment’s main entrance, ensuring both privacy and independence.
A wine cellar is integrated into the kitchen area and is separated from the living room by a sliding glass door, maintaining visual continuity while allowing functional separation when needed.
In addition to the main dining area, a single-sided counter table is incorporated into the kitchen, functioning as a breakfast bar with a direct view of the sea.
