Description

Hello dear client
We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
We proposed two plans for the ground floor and one plan for the other floors.
Based on the photos you submitted of the current condition of the house and compare it with the map, we made changes to the original map to match it with the current condition of the house (add stairs and differences in heights and terraces in the house on the map Not seen)
In the corridor of the first floor, we foresaw a staircase to the basement (storage area). Due to the difference in height of the ground floor from the corridor, we placed several steps from the corridor to the ground floor.
We added a wall in the hallway to separate the first floor from the rest, and placed access to the first floor behind the wall.
We provided a master bedroom and two single bedrooms on the ground floor.
We envisioned a door from the kitchen to outdoor and We envisioned an outdoor dining table near the kitchen.
On the first floor, we provided a master bedroom and a single bedroom, and placed the second single bedroom in the attic.
We dedicated the narrow corridor next to the stairs to the study area, where we provided a library and chairs for reading.
We placed the kitchen in a place that has access to the terrace next to it and placed a small dining table on the terrace.
We put the main bedroom in a place that has access to one of the terraces.
In the attic, we placed one of the bedrooms and a storage room (according to the pictures of the current condition of the house, part of the attic can be used and arranged).
We tried to place the bathrooms and two-story kitchens in such a way that the cost of plumbing would be lower.
We chose the neoclassical style with a combination of bright colors for your home.
I hope you enjoy our design.
If you have any questions or changes, we are ready to work with you.
