La proposta presentata consiste in una completa rifunzionalizzazione dell’appartamento in uno stile più open e fruibile in particolare per la zona giorno ora molto luminosa e con vari affacci sul terrazzo. Entrando in casa ciò che si vuol trasmettere è la leggerezza e la semplicità delle forme con attenzione ai dettagli e ai colori che prendendo spunto dalle reference inserite ossia colori chiari in abbinamento a toni vivaci come il blu e il rosso. Come soluzione principale abbiamo un’ampia zona living con accesso allo studio tramite due porte che creano simmetria e armonia per l’intero ambiente, per poi proseguire con la sala da pranzo e la cucina separata tramite una grande vetrata scorrevole. Troviamo poi il bagno giorno finestrato preceduto dalla zona lavanderia; le due grandi camere di cui una con cabina armadio e il bagno della zona notte invariati come posizione. Per offrire altre possibilità sono presenti altre due soluzioni di planimetria dove in una abbiamo lo studio / terza camera con possibilità di accedervi anche dalla zona notte e una terza soluzione dove la nuova cucina è open con affaccio sulla grande zona living, qui per ottimizzare i costi il secondo bagno di trova sulla parete adiacente la cucina e comunque più vicino all’attuale bagno.

The proposal presented consists of a complete re-functionalization of the apartment in a more open and usable style, especially for the living area, now very bright and with various views of the terrace. Upon entering the house, what is intended to be conveyed is the lightness and simplicity of the shapes with attention to detail and colors that take inspiration from the references inserted, i.e. light colors combined with bright tones such as blue and red. As a main solution, we have a large living area with access to the study via two doors that create symmetry and harmony for the entire environment, and then continue with the dining room and the kitchen separated by a large sliding glass door. We then find the windowed day bathroom preceded by the laundry area; the two large bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and the bathroom in the sleeping area unchanged in position. To offer other possibilities there are two other floor plan solutions where in one we have the study / third bedroom with the possibility of accessing it also from the sleeping area and a third solution where the new kitchen is open overlooking the large living area, here to optimize costs the second bathroom is located on the wall adjacent to the kitchen and in any case closer to the current bathroom.
