Thank you for this opportunity to take part in this interesting project of yours, I hope my design proposal suits your needs.

Upon Entry, There's a hallway closet by the right to hang jackets, store shoes, etc. The door beside the closet leads to the office and the Kids room, they both have access to the balcony. The Office area has a music corner as requested with enough space to store everything you asked for.

For the living Area, I propose an open plan feel with a large sliding door between the Dining & the kitchen. The Kitchen has an Island with seating and access to a balcony.

In the Dining area, There's an office nook which can be tucked away with a sliding pocket door when not in use.

The Bathroom close to the living area will have a joint-in laundry which can become a full closet if you'd like it to be hidden. There's a small storage closet just after the kitchen close to the master bedroom door which will be used to store mops, brooms, etc

The Master Bedroom will have its own Bathroom and its own private balcony.
