Description

The design of the project begins with its location within the land, a vehicular and pedestrian path was placed that goes with the contour lines so that there is no need for excavations and it is well coupled to the land, once inside the construction zone it is decided to place the house in the area where the slope is as gentle as possible but enough to have the basement below ground.

For the main facade, it was decided to use a neoclassical, elegant and imposing style in order to give the house its own character. On the other hand, the rear facade was decided to be a little less loaded to allow having large windows from floor to ceiling, although the elegance it was also applied on this façade.

When arriving at the house, the first thing that the user finds is the porch which is double height and is supported by 4 neoclassical columns, once you enter the auction of the room at the end of the corridor, the living room it was decided to place it with a double height to give this feeling of spaciousness and elegance as well as to make the most of the views of the garden through the windows, the room has a tall fireplace in the center and for this it was decided to place oval armchairs for contrast with the lines of the windows, the living room is the starting point of the house, on the left side you can access the two stairs, both the one that takes you to the basement and the one that takes you to the upper floor, decided to use the basement ceiling as an outdoor terrace and being connected by large sliding windows it can be converted into a large social area. On the right side of the room is the dining room and in front of it is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, it should be noted that all the spaces have incredible views and ventilation, for example the kitchen that was sunken takes advantage of the windows of the facade as it is on the shelves and the stove.

The pool can be reached in several ways through the exterior stairs outside the dining room, through the exterior corridor that also connects to the well, or through the basement by going down the interior stairs.

In the basement is the large social area where play areas and drink and kitchen areas were placed to have a good time with family or friends, 2 wood-burning ovens, a bar and a long table for 12 people were placed in addition to shelves to store wines or books all this on the left side, while on the right side is the gaming area where the billiards and poker area are, this entire area was decided to decorate with bottles and wooden shelves contrasting them with the stone walls that are proposed in the basement, in addition to the placement of a multipurpose warehouse. In addition, it should be noted that by taking advantage of the slope of the land, the basement was directly connected to the pool in order to have big parties if necessary.

The private area is located on the upper floor, this to avoid the hustle and bustle that could be on the other floors, two single rooms were placed which share a bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom in addition to having a closet and dressing table. It should be noted that all rooms have good views of the garden and good natural lighting. Regarding the design in the rooms, something different was chosen by using the color black as the main means of design, although the neoclassical design is also respected and taken up again in these areas.

On the m3 between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a total of 800 m3 and an additional 350 m3 of the basement, although these should not count since being on a slope and as the regulation says, they are above ground.
