We based the new layout on all the points you mentioned in your email, and we reworked the distribution of the apartment in a way that makes the spaces clearer and more comfortable for daily use.

First, we moved the staircase closer to the entrance, just as you requested. This allowed us to recover the two lost rooms and make better use of the available space.

Then, we divided the apartment into day and night zones in a thoughtful way:
- In the day zone, we kept the open-plan area that connects the living room, kitchen, and terrace without affecting its flow or spaciousness.
- The night zone became more private and quiet, containing the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We were able to achieve 6 bedrooms distributed over two floors in a comfortable and practical way, along with adding a laundry room and a storage/pantry space inside the kitchen, as requested.

As for the terrace, we treated it as an essential part of the project. We designed and furnished it carefully, suggesting materials and furniture that create a practical, cozy atmosphere that complements the overall feel of the apartment.

And to make the vision even clearer, we also provided a rendered plan version showing an example of the furniture layout, materials, and the overall mood of the spaces.
