During the reconstruction of the apartment, the multifunctional room, the main bathroom and the bathroom within the master bedroom were retained. In the multifunctional room, the door position was changed due to the wardrobe, in the main bathroom the door position was also changed, while part of the bathroom within the master bedroom was converted into a wardrobe.

Within the apartment, the zones are divided into a living area and a sleeping area. Within the living area, there is a kitchen, dining room and living room as a single space. There is also a service bathroom with toilet and small sink. Within the sleeping area, there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe, a multifunctional room, a main bathroom and a laundry room. Within the laundry room there is also space for storing a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The kitchen is large enough to accommodate all necessary appliances and requirements. The kitchen table can be extended to accommodate 6 people. All existing furniture can be placed in the space.
