La scelta progettuale è ricaduta sulla creazione di un nucleo centrale composto da bagno e cucina, che apre direttamente sulla veranda, intorno al nucleo sono stati sistemati tutti gli altri ambienti; zona pranzo, living, ripostiglio, spazi di disimpegno, camera da letto e studio.
E' stato deciso di strutturare la nuova disposizione degli ambienti ruotandoli di 45° rispetto l'asse di ingresso, in questo modo è stato possibile massimizzare luce e aria in tutti i vani più importanti dell'abitazione.
L'ingresso, con zona appendiabiti illuminata e ripostiglio, prende luce da due tagli luminosi realizzati sulla parete che lo divide dal bagno, proseguendo si accede all'area living, che accoglie un grande divano con chaise-longue, rivolto verso la libreria su misura che contiene anche il televisore. La libreria divide permeabilmente con un gioco di pieni e vuoti l'area living dalla cucina, e può essere utilizzata da ambo gli ambienti, avendo alcune scaffalature aperte solo verso il living, altre solo verso la cucina ed altre ancora aperte da entrambi i lati.

Anche gli infissi della veranda sono stati sostituiti, prevedendo la possibilità di apertura dei grandi finestroni con un sistema di scorrevoli che permette, in caso di belle giornate, di trasformare la veranda in un terrazzo coperto.
Al centro dell'appartamento si colloca il bagno, è caratterizzato da dimensioni modeste ma gli spazi sono ottimizzati e, pur essendo cieco, la scelta dei materiali contribuisce a dare grande luminosità e spazialità all'ambiente, ospita inoltre una grande doccia in muratura al di sopra della quale è stato ricavato un soppalco.
Infine troviamo la grande camera da letto con studio annesso, si è deciso di trattarla con materiali e colori che la rendessero la stanza più "calda" dell'appartamento, è l'unico ambiente della casa a mantenere l'orientamento originale, con solo una parete diagonale che accompagna verso lo studio. Particolarità dell'ambiente è la presenza di un grande pannello/porta, che ha sia la funzione di delimitare, creando privacy, l'ambito dello studio da quello della camera, sia quello di collocare ottimamente il televisore per la vista dal letto.
