La
soluzione proposta è stata raggiunta valutando le richieste della committenza: arredare
l’appartamento cercando di creare soluzioni e spazi ottimali e di effetto. Nella
camera da letto abbiamo inserito una struttura in cartongesso nella parete di
testata del letto, che racchiude la unzione di espositore/contenitore, con lo
scopo di avere maggior spazio disponibile nella stanza; con questa logica
abbiamo inserito l’armadio nella parete corta dove è stata già prevista dalla
pianta fornita una rientranza. Per
il bagno abbiamo collocato i sanitari in modo tale che sia possibile anche
l’inserimento di una lavatrice, per questo motivo è stata preferita la scelta
di introdurre il vano doccia con un
piatto di 90x90 cm, e l’inserimento di una porta scorrevole. Nel
disimpegno della zona notte abbiamo semplicemente inserito una lampada di
design, per lasciare maggior respiro ad un ambiente di passaggio. La
zona giorno è stata divisa per funzioni. La cucina lineare nella parete lunga
adiacente alla scala, ha un carattere metropolitano e giovanile, che ben si
addice al carattere del progetto da noi proposto. Sotto il vano scala abbiamo
inserito un giardino interno, che dona allo spazio carattere. La zona pranzo è
situata di fronte alla cucina, ed è stato inserito un tavolo allungabile. Come
da richiesta è stata creata una zona tv adiacente l’ingresso, formando uno
spazio unico ma equilibrato. Nel
piano mansarda abbiamo ritenuto opportuno creare tre diversi ambienti aperti e
comunicanti tra loro: un piccolo angolo studio, ricavato nello spazio vicino il
parapetto della scala; una zona relax nella parte in cui l’altezza inizia ad
essere minore, adibita alla funzione lettura o ascolto della musica; e una zona
più ampia per l’intrattenimento, in cui sono stati collocati divano e parete
tv. Abbiamo, inoltre, creato uno spazio chiuso, che rappresenta un ripostiglio,
utile per tutte le abitazioni. Non abbiamo inserito un tavolo da pranzo in
questo piano, in quanto abbiamo ritenuto non pratico il passaggio delle
vivande, qual’ora si volesse procedere con l’inserimento di un tavolo anche in
questo ambiente, consigliamo di utilizzare il tavolo console della Ditta
Zamagna, un tavolo estendibile fino a 3,00m circa e con un ingombro di circa
45cm chiuso. Le
tonalità scelte sono molto tenue, e conferiscono un carattere metropolitano,
giovane ma elegante. Queste tonalità vengono usate sia per le pareti che per
l’arredo. Si spazia dal bianco al grigio tortora. Più precisamente: per la
camera da letto si è scelto di colorare la parete di testata del letto di
grigio tortora, mentre le altre di bianco; per la zona giorno abbiamo colorato
la parete che ospita la tv e quella dell’ingresso di grigio, mentre le altre
vengono lasciate bianche proprio per creare il contrasto con l’arredo; per il
piano mansarda abbiamo deciso di dare un effetto alle pareti total White, sarà
l’arredo a dare carattere alla stanza. L’unica nota calda e più marcata è
destinata al bagno, che assume tonalità più calde per ricreare la sensazione di una spa. Le
scelte proposte sono state effettuate seguendo le linee del comfort e degli
standard abitativi. The proposed
solution has been reached by evaluating the demands of clients: furnish the
apartment trying to create solutions and optimal space and effect.
In
the bedroom we have included a plasterboard structure in the wall of the head
of the bed, which contains the anointing of exhibitor / container, with the aim
of having more space available in the room, with this logic, we have included
the cupboard in the wall where it is short was already
provided by the plant provided a recess.
For
the bath we have placed the health in such a way that it is possible also the
inclusion of a washing machine, for this reason it has been the preferred
choice of introducing the shower compartment with a plate of 90x90 cm, and the
insertion of a sliding door.
In
the hallway of the sleeping area we simply inserted a designer lamp for leave
more breathing space to an environment of passage.
The living
area has been divided into functions. The
kitchen in the long wall adjacent to the linear scale, has a metropolitan
character and youthful, that is well suited to the character of the project we
proposed. Under
the stairwell we have included an internal garden, which gives the space
character. The
dining area is located in front of the kitchen, and it has been an extendable
table. As
requested, we have created a TV area adjacent to the entrance, forming a unique
but balanced.
In
the attic floor we decided to create three different environments open and
communicating with each other: a small corner studio, housed in the space near the
railing of the staircase, a relaxation area in so far as the height starts to
be lower, assigned to the read function or listening
to music, and a larger area for entertainment, in which were placed a sofa and
wall mounted tv. We
have also created an enclosed space, which is a utility room, useful for all
homes. We
have not included a dining table in this plan, as we considered impractical the
passage of the food, but on occasions you want to proceed with the inclusion of
a table even in this environment, we recommend using the console table Zamagna
of the Company, a
table extendable up to 3.00 m
and with a footprint of about 45cm closed.
The
shades chosen are very faint, and give it a metropolitan character, a young but
elegant. These
shades are used both for the walls to the furniture. It ranges from white to dove
gray. More
precisely: for the bedroom you have chosen to paint the wall headboard of dove
gray, while the other in white, for the living room we colored the wall behind
the TV, and input of gray, while the
others are just left white to create contrast with the decor, to the attic
floor we decided to give effect to the total White walls, the furniture will
give character to the room. The
only hotter and more marked is for the bathroom, which takes on a warmer tone
to recreate the feel of a spa.
The
proposed choices were made along the lines of comfort and housing standards.
