DESCRIZIONE: L’appartamento che vi descriverò è situato a Milano in una piccola palazzina composta da 15 appartamenti distribuiti su 5 piani. Il mio appartamento è al primo piano ed è in costruzione. Il costruttore, mi ha dato la possibilità di poter suddividere l’appartamento come meglio credo. Anche se mi ha proposto due alternative di cui vi allego i file. Altre caratteristiche: - Mq appartamento: 144 mq - riscaldamento a pavimento - cucina ad induzione - zanzariere su finestre mentre sul balcone ne verrà posizionata una sul perimetro - e’ possibile scegliere i rivestimenti di tutta la casa PROGETTO Il progetto a cui pensavo è di avere un ampio soggiorno, una cucina abitabile abbastanza grande, un bagno di servizio per gli ospiti, due camere da letto, 2 bagni ed uno studio Nel dettaglio: - Ampio soggiorno, dove poter ospitare amici e dove fare cene; - Cucina, abbastanza grande e abitabile per mangiare quotidianamente dato che siamo in 3! - Bagno per gli ospiti - Due camere da letto: 1 matrimoniale e 1 per il bambino - 2 bagni, uno per noi e uno per il bambino, (FINESTRATI) - 1 lavanderia o camera o studio - Budget: 50.000 € SOGNI: Sogno di arredare casa con mobili di design, originali ma che siano soprattutto funzionali e confortevoli. Avere un grande soggiorno per ospitare amici e parenti per fare feste e cene, avere una bella camera da letto una cabina armadio. Nella terza stanza pensavo ad una lavanderia o studio o ad una terza camera nell’attesa che arrivi il secondo bambino! J Ed ora… attendo le vostre proposte! A presto!
