Dear Client, Thank you for this opportunity. As required we divided the space into 2 separate apartment units, the left apartment consist of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, kitchen(1st floor), leisure room, and outdoor rooftop (2nd floor), and guest room (ground floor). The right apartment consist of 2 bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, outdoor living room (1st floor), outdoor rooftop (2nd floor), and guest room (ground floor). Both apartment are connected at the ground floor where there are a gathering room, foyer and multifunction room.

For the interior design concept we choose classic modern and linear theme with some rustic element. We also design the terrace with more plants and better lighting. We also added more windows and opening so the sunlight can enter the space.
