Per la realizzazione del progetto della casa antica si intende effettuare il restauro con minimi interventi costruttivi per creare spazi confortevoli da vivere con tutti i comfort di cui una casa moderna necessita. Il piano terra servirà per realizzare la zona giorno per i due nuovi appartamenti che verranno realizzati. L'appartamento a sinistra avrà un soggiorno open space con salotto, sala da pranzo e angolo cottura. Verrà creato un corridoio con un armadio per riporre gli oggetti per la casa e verrà creata una stanza che verrà utilizzata come studio o stanza per ricevere gli amici. Un grande bagno servirà l'intero piano. Nell'appartamento di destra verrà apportata una piccola modifica alla scala che sale al piano superiore per consentire l'ingresso nell'appartamento e il passaggio ai corridoi che fungeranno da soggiorno con salotto e zona pranzo. In questo appartamento la cucina sarà in un locale separato, inoltre verrà creato un wc a servizio della zona giorno. Entrambi gli appartamenti avranno accesso al cortile sul retro che sarà condiviso, con un'area salotto, una zona pranzo e una cucina esterna. La cantina reggerà un portabottiglie su entrambi i lati del muro, avrà un bancone e un tavolo da pranzo in modo che possa essere utilizzata come pub per trascorrere del tempo con amici e familiari. Entrambi gli appartamenti avranno una parte privata del cortile dove sarà collocata una vasca idromassaggio e sarà uno spazio relax. L'appartamento di sinistra lo avrà al piano terra mentre quello di destra lo avrà in veranda al primo piano. Il primo piano fungerà da zona notte dove l'appartamento di sinistra avrà 3 camere da letto e quello di destra ne avrà 2. In ogni appartamento la camera matrimoniale sarà dotata di cabina armadio e wc personale, entrambi gli appartamenti avranno un wc a servizio del piano e lavanderia dedicata. L'appartamento a sinistra avrà accesso alla veranda del primo piano. Il secondo piano dell'appartamento di destra sarà utilizzato come tettoia per organizzare la festa e sarà circondato da un vaso che attraversa la terrazza e sarà piantumato con alberi decorativi per creare intimità. L'appartamento di destra avrà al primo piano un mini appartamento con una camera da letto, un wc, e un soggiorno con accesso al terrazzo. Lo stile sarà una combinazione di quello classico con la combinazione di elementi moderni e lussuosi. I colori saranno chiari con l'inserimento del legno e del marmo.
