La proposta prevede lo spostamento della scala lungo la parete nord-ovest , in una posizione più centrale per limitare lo sviluppo di corridoi e disimpegni e creare un unico locale ingresso.
La stessa scala può essere riproposta per il collegamento con il locale interrato.
Il reparto giorno al piano terra, come da richiesta, è composto da ingresso,caratterizzato a un armadio ripostiglio a tutt'altezza che separa, anche con un abbassamento del soffitto che contiene dei faretti per l'illuminazione ,la sala da pranzo,la cucina abitabile, soggiorno , studio e un bagno.
Il reparto notte può essere suddiviso nella “zona bambini” con le due camere, le due cabine armadio e il bagno in comune e la “zona genitori” con la camera, la cabina armadio e la stanza da bagno e relax con un angolo palestra.
Non sono state modificate le forometrie esterne , ma solamente qualche apertura di porte interne e la demolizione di muri valutati non portanti .
Come materiali per i pavimenti si propongono il gres in colore marrone “tipo Cotto d'Este kerlite elegance col. Via Farini” e il legno un essenza rovere naturale spazzolato.
