Description

Dear client,
This design follows minimalist modern lines of Architecture. The following are the salient features:

1. The living room windows are angled towards the south east - to absorb solar radiation through the first half of the day.
2. The bedroom windows are angled towards the south west - to absorb solar radiation through the second half of the day.
3. Two courts are open partially opened from above - act as heat traps releasing heat to the rooms at night.
4. All rooms have overhead openings looking into the two small courts - allowing stack cross ventilation of the rooms during warm summers.
5. Ancillary spaces like toilets, walk-in closets, staircase, garage, kitchen cabinets are places on the outer side of the plan - they act as buffer spaces during winter, protecting inner rooms from the cold outdoor climate.
6. The entire house is made to feel open, bright and airy.
