Description

Dear client, the whole description of the project is within the pictures.
It's written in Italian, though is not my native language, so if there's some confusion, please also read the English description I'm writing here:

Page 2:
In accordance with the location of the land with respect to the North, it was decided to expose more constructed areas on the north and south façades, since the sun will not enter directly and will not heat the interior spaces. In the same sense, is best to avoid putting windows on the East and West facades, to avoid overheating. This is a simple environmental conditioning strategy that allows energy savings.
In addition to the above, I have sought that more spaces have a view of the pool, building large windows that, in addition to obtaining a better view, allow better lighting of the rooms throughout the day without permitting direct access from the sun. In this sense, the house is developed within the limits of the pool. This is to generate greater coherence between what was built and the proposal.
The proposal has total footage of 163 square meters of the useful area on the first level, without counting the garage, the BBQ area, and exterior covered spaces that allow for large "balconies" facing the pool in the rooms and common day areas. The basement has 79 square meters.

Page 3:
A pedestrian entrance and a vehicular entrance are generated. Therefore there is a main entrance that connects directly to the rooms and a secondary entrance that connects the garage with the day areas.
The 163 square meters of construction are represented by the dotted red line, which is considered the construction area of the house, however, the exterior covered spaces, the garage, and the bbq area are not considered.
The spaces in the day area have large windows that allow better lighting, as well as allow a pleasant view of the front garden, the pool, and the bbq area. The rooms and the passageway that leads to them also have large windows and a covered outdoor space that function as small balconies.

Page 4:
The basement has an area of 79 m2 and consists of a technical room, with sufficient space to house the electrical panel, devices for controlled mechanical ventilation, and a heat pump, among others.
There is also the children's play area, and I also thought it appropriate to add a television that can function as a family space to watch movies or play video games. Within the games area, large-medium size mechanized games could also enter. Finally, there is also a large storage area.

*In the AutoCAD file attached is a more detailed floorplan and elevations with extensive measurements.

Blessings.
