Based on the structural constraints and load-bearing walls and your wishes and needs, I designed two different plans and drew a general plan for the outdoor area. In both plans, I tried to take into account all your wishes. A large open kitchen to the open living room and a storage room and a study and a guest bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet and a bedroom for the girls with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
