thus came late I believe I meet up to your design satisfaction

working with your budget I tried my best to reduce the cost of civil works and at the same space making your design functional and esthetically pleasing

The only feel of the interior walls has been moved it the dining area and the master bathroom in trying to create a clear flow from the living area to the dining (Open).

I also partition the public from the private space making the master bedroom area a wholly private and enclosed area.

walking from the living room, the Main entrance is a storage/closet and a large art piece(painting) making the area welcoming to the living room

the living room is, therefore, modern simplicity, and airy with sleek modern furniture and light fittings, a 65'' tv, and track lights also. it is open to the dining and also has a mini study after the dining area by the entryway.

moving from the dining to the kitchen is an enclosed laundry dries and washing machine. closed in a cabinet for aesthetics and also located there so as to be used both for guests and the master rooms.

the kitchen also has bright colors with a light pink wall by which the tv rest, a large refrigerator, and all kitchen accessories are located. we also provided the dining seats and table you requested in the kitchen

The guest bedroom has a modern murphy bed with does come with a mechanism to go up during study time creating a large space in the room and to drop down during sleeping time remotely controlled. a tv in the room and a study area by the window. All of these encompass shelvings for books and also wardrobes for clothes and accessories.

The master bedroom area was a large functional space starting from the door after the living room to a lobby with shelving's for storage the master bedroom door by the left. in the master bedroom is the double bed with a simple modern wooden attractive headboard a nice rug, a tv unit, and a dresser with a floor-to-ceiling mirror. also has s wardrobe. moving from the master bedroom to the master bath is also like a walk-in closet because the wardrobe is also located before the master toilet area and the whole space is private to the master only

the master's bath has a shower area with glass, a bidet, a toilet, an electronic towel holder, cabinets for the sink, and a window

the guest toilet has the same things as the master also, thus located outside the bedroom and door closer to the kitchen for easy access in the case of the dining area

Note; the major changes are just the door directions and movements therefore same rooms dimensions have been used in a more intelligent way based in design knowledge
Note; sketchup file 2022 has been submitted incase your engineer or architect will require it for some dimensions

again we maintain a modern luxury, sleek, airy, and elegant design having in mind that functionality is the main priority.
