Cari Designers di lingua Italiana,
Mia moglie Monica e io, Antonello, abbiamo questo appartamento sulle alture che dominano il lago Maggiore.
La nostra intenzione, affidandolo al contest, è di fornirvi l'opportunità di ripensarlo nei suoi spazi interni ed esterni (terrazzo).
Vorremmo realizzare quattro posti letto, la camera matrimoniale dovrebbe avere un concetto di design che si basi su una vasca freestanding o in alternativa una doccia (le foto allegate rappresentano ciò che sommariamente abbiamo per la testa).
Gli altri due letti da ricavarsi da un divano letto collocato in zona living.
La cucina deve integrarsi con la zona living in un concetto armonico che garantista la convivialità e dia al contempo un'impronta di carattere all'ambiente nel suo insieme.
Il bagno dovrebbe essere di dimensioni più generose e contenere a sua volta una doccia 120x80 cm, sanitari sospesi (anche in questo caso le foto siano d'ispirazione) e lavabo/i appoggiati.
La zona in planimetria contrassegnata come camera è posta su un livello circa 60-80 cm più alto rispetto alla zona living. I gradini che collegano i due ambienti, di cui alla foto allegata. Le tramezze sono abbattibili per evere una zona living open space. L'unica parte di muro contrassegnata da uno spessore più elevato all'interno dello spazio bagno, essendo parte della struttura portante, non può essere abbattuta. La camera prende luce solo da quella finestrella che si evince dalle foto, teniatene conto nel pensare all'illuminazione.

Dear Architects,
This is Monica and Antonello from Stresa, we are looking to renovate the interior of our flat. As we have 2 children, currently 14 and 10 years old, we need to reorganize the interior spaces to get 4 beds.
Thus, alternately, in scope the opportunity to work on two different bedrooms (for us and the other for children) or a main bedroom containing design concept (shower or freestanding bathtub i.e.). Up to you to choose the best option and submit your concept. Last solution is about moving the children on the sofa bed, certainly it could be an option to be deep dived.
(option including 2 places of the potential sofa bed in the living room to host few guests will be welcome in case you’ll prefer to submit the two bedrooms layout)
We’re looking at a more comfortable and modern bathroom (too small the current one) this includes a big shower at least 120x80cm.
General info: flat stands on two different levels as detectable from the attached pictures, keep in mind this issue working at the project.
Open space 3meters linear kitchen giving character to the entire living space would be recommended. Target is a whole room matching cooking, sociality and day conviviality.
The living space as well as the bedroom/s have to define personality of the entire space.
