Briefing

We would like to maintain the Charm of the 1936 home, but also have the house practical for a young family. We have a flexible budget and want to make sure that we have the right layout. We would like to make sure the first floor as a mud room, walk-in pantry, porch and dining room. On the second floor we hoping to expand the master bedroom and add a second floor laundry. Additionally, we would like a large bathroom with his & his closets.
