Description

The project is based on making the most of the existing project to give a new life to the project, all the requested spaces were implemented and distributed in such a way that they gave a feeling of spaciousness and that they had great views to the outside, the existing doors and windows and they were used for the most important spaces such as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the bedrooms and the study.

For the exterior design, an attempt was made to give it a much more modern environment, respecting the existing structure, volumes were created that give life to the project and a character of its own, it was chosen to hide the sloping roof with a flat slab to continue with the concept of the facade, Both dark and light colors were used to contrast between them in addition to using light to highlight the volumes.

For the interior design, a modern proposal was created where rivets and LED lights are played on the walls, light tones were used in the interior and contrasted with dark furniture or with black marble finishes, it is proposed to have free areas without walls so that It sits as wide as possible, it was only shortened in some areas to continue respecting the structure already proposed.

For the pool it is proposed that when you go out to the backyard you enter a completely different environment full of vegetation and water, the water starts from the steps that go out to the terrace and continues to the loungers, the loungers are proposed to be made of stone and they are fixed so that in this way they can be semi-sunken in the water, in addition the external path that passes through the side garden connects to the pool until they become one.
