Description

Dear Client,

I´m very excited to present our proposal for your camping.
We saw the wonderful views of the site, the Etna and the Sea.
And from this point, we began to locate the villas in strategic positions
taking into account the sun and the views on the site.

As you will notice in the Site Plan of our proposal we located 12 bungalows
thinking in a possible expansion if needed. All the bungalows have a clear view
of the Etna or the sea and in some cases vegetation from the site. We carefully saw that they have a clear view always.

For the 3 Unit Villa, we made a one-floor proposal, with the services at the middle
and the main spaces at the sides so you can have privacy in every moment.
They have one bedroom with a private terrace and a living room that can be converted
half bedroom and half living room. (check the beds that can turn into drawers they are excellent options for this proposal)

For the 6 Unit Villa, we took similar criteria, with two bedrooms on a second floor, each one
with a king-size that can be converted into two individual beds. in the ground floor, we have a bed sofa in the living room, we took into account a king-size sofa.bed for this space.
The services are on the ground floor, we look always to have a great illumination in all spaces.

Sanitary Facilities

We took into account the site, we are in an area with trees and we thought that we have two options.
One: Taking into account the masterplan we located this building in relation to the path for the
new villas, we touch some trees, but we think they could be moved around the building.
Another option could be moving this building a little bit more south to evade the surrounding trees.

We located the sanitary facilities and the washing area in the same building, but in different and independent areas
The showers and the bathroom spaces have the same entrance but they are completely independent one from another
so the people that go to the shower doesn't need to pass through the WCs and vice-versa.

We have a private bathroom, disabled facilities, a storage room, maintenance room, laundry room, the exterior washing zone
full of vegetation, the showers and the bathroom facilities.
