Description

Dear Client,

Its been a pleasure working on your project, and I hope I've managed to meet all your needs and expectations with my prosal which I’ll briefly talk you through.

The ceiling in the room slopes in different directions which affects the use of the space. The furthest end of the room is the lowest and therefore the least walkable area of the space.
Since the space hosts several functions, which differ in the regularity of use, the room is organized in a way that best fits those needs. The walk-in wardrobe area is placed closest to the entrance to the room and is accessible directly from the hallway.
The study area is centrally positioned in the area with the most natural light and the sleeping area is in the least walkable area of the room since it does not require a standing position of the body and is still sufficient for sitting on the bed.

The walk-in wardrobe is more than doubled in size compared to the current state. It's custom designed to fit the space with shelves, drawers, and hanging space on both sides. More detailed drawings of this piece can be provided if you decide to take this direction and customized in consultation with you according to your specific needs.

The study area is very discreet with a work surface along the outer edge of the wardrobe towards the inside of the room. It can be used as a shelf and a desk with the shorter side being wider than the long side of the desk.

The sleeping area is furnished with a queen size bed which can be larger if needed since there is enough space. Nightstands are placed on both sides and a relaxation corner with a lounge chair and a small table are placed on the side with a higher ceiling by the sleeping area.

The colors are warm and dark since the room has enough natural light to balance the darkness and create a pleasant environment.
The lighting in the room is done according to your instructions regarding electrical installation n the ceiling. All lights are either plugged into a regular socket on the wall or mounted on the wall and furniture. The exception to this could be the wardrobe area where there isn't much wall area to install additional lighting besides the led strips in the wardrobe itself. Therefore the ceiling is lower just enough to fit the built-in lighting in the ceiling. This can be done even without lowering the ceiling and would be equally suitable.

I hope I've managed to explain all the design decisions and that most of it is self-explanatory from the provided drawings and renderings. If you have any further questions or require any additional help with the project feel free to contact me.

Kind regards
