Dear client, thank you for the opportunity of making a project of your closet and guest bedroom. I tried to get use of the most space possible.
I divided the space in 3 areas and took consideration of the ceilling height difference. First when you enter you will see the wardrobes with a panel to divide the other spaces. The office desk is in the corner and the sofa bed will be in in the other side.
All of the furniture and objects are from Ikea italy so I can be easy to see or buy all of the ones that you want.
For the mirror/TV and hollow panel I reccomend getting it customized because of the ceilling difference, but you can also buy one and cut it according to the height. For the wardrobe I also reccomend getting it customized to make use of the most space possible.
Obs: The door in the corner was not in the floorplan so I didn't consider it, but if it is necessary you can get a smaller desk, since the one in the furniture list is 2 meters long.
