Cagliero House

This project presents the design of two residential units developed within the same layout — one smaller and one larger — as requested. The aim was to create two functional and comfortable apartments that respond to different spatial needs while maintaining aesthetic and structural coherence.

The larger apartment includes a spacious living area connected to the kitchen and dining space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The layout promotes natural light and smooth circulation between private and shared zones.

The smaller unit, on the other hand, has a compact yet efficient organization, with an open-plan living and dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Despite its reduced size, it ensures comfort and practicality through optimized use of space and carefully designed furniture placement.

Both apartments share a balanced approach between functionality and comfort, characterized by clear spatial organization, bright interiors, and attention to detail.
