Il progetto intende rispettare i requisiti della committenza, proprio per questo è stato concepito uno stile molto attento e raffinato nell'allestimento interno. Il mood interpretato per l'interior design è stato "Hollywood Regency" e "American Vintage '60/'70" sia per quanto riguarda l'individuazione negli oggetti di design che per le finiture interne.
