The living and dining room are integrated and moved into the right area, next to the balcony, where was relocated, giving as much space as possible to this zone. I offered you four distribution options, so you can choose the one you like best.
A small bathroom was added for visits in the entrance sector where a small hall furniture and the bike hanger are located.
The bedroom is located on the left side, and is entered from the walking closet. Inside this room there is a private bathroom with a closet for laundry inside in this option, for the second one, this closet was located inside the visit bathroom.
