Thank you for an interesting challenge. And now I would like to present you my design. Everything was done to satisfy your needs and wishes. Besides, design was concerned with the local construction standards.
Interior style was designed to look organic with the interior design of the main living unit.
Also, there several comments about my design, you can probably change if you wish:
• Small table for two persons can be replaced by a bar table for several people;
• Even though the space is well-lit, you can add a window between kitchen cabinets and a laundry room.
