Briefing

I'm going to turn this small apartment in a B&B, so I want to furnish it in function of this.
It must be a simple and functional furnish.
The apartment is empty and the bathroom was renovated about a year ago so it will stay that way.
I ask a project for kitchenette/living room and bedroom. The apartment is on the basement floor and therefore not very bright. I'm definitely looking a clear furnishing precisely because of this little light.
It has three windows and a dark hardwood floors.
