Description

For the redesign of the "B&B Apartments" project, the first decision I made was to move the main entrance, placing it in the center of the façade, since this allows me to divide the internal space symmetrically. It also makes it possible to reduce the space needed for circulation.
On the ground floor there is space for two cars and two storage rooms. There is an elevator and a staircase.
On the first floor there are two very small apartments, with kitchen, bathroom, bed and a small extensible space to eat. I have also proposed a second option on this level, changing the double bed for a single one, this allows for a larger dining table for two people to be placed. In addition, it could be used to work with a laptop.
On the second floor there are two apartments plus a mezzanine. There is an open kitchen with an eating bar. A sofa and cabinet for the TV. In the mezzanine there is a double bed, a closet and a bathroom.

For the façade I have used the same design language in such a way that it relates to the environment. The modifications I made were to move only the windows on the north façade and remove the mezzanine railing on the south façade, since it has become a double-height space.
