Our target is to make this space more elegant, comfy and more welcome for quests . We focus to follow :
wider entry includes storage space for shoes
a new level, 35 cm rise up from existing floor . This cut the high and feels more cozy, and help us to create a hole in the middle, covered with safety glass so you can see in the desert sand and the hidden lights.
To win the claustrophobic feeling that basement gives building walls and putting long glass doors like if it was in ground level. A wallpaper in background with yard theme and the right lighting makes you forget that feeling.
The aquarium with the bookcases left and right and the pocket doors offers you semi or full privacy.
Last one is the bar and d.j s station. We propose pocket doors, you can use those when you want to totally hide the bar and the d.j.
