Briefing

i would like to build something relatively simple, low to mid budget, low maintenance(this is key) backyard. it is 34" by 18.5" with a space for bbq, sitting/lounging/eating area, a hammock. note that there are quite a bit of roots close to the surface around the tree. needs to include fence, pavers etc. I attached the house plan for exact measure
