The project has been conceived focusing on customer needs (family of 5 with three children), their wishes (living area on the ground floor and bedroom on the first floor with the addition of a bedroom) and characteristics of the property, highlighting their strengths (eg southern exposure of the areas most used; northern exposure for the services zones) and optimizing the spaces that are currently not used (eg hallway, corridor, etc).
The apartment is suitable for interesting reflections; here we propose two solutions differentiated by the entity of the restructuring: the first, more conservative, retains some characteristic features such as the double height living room and the staircase that connects the basement to the ground floor.
The second proposal provides a more invasive intervention in order to create larger and more airy rooms. The elimination of the double height of living room allows the creation of a third bedroom, as requested by the customer, to the south.
In both solutions it proposes an enhancement of the second entrance which leads to an area study / office, thanks to the inclusion of sliding doors, creating an independent zone used in two ways: as a private study area, or, if necessary, as integral part of the open space of the living area.
Possibility to demolish the insole of the attic to the roof to enjoy the view.
The environments are designed to have a warm and welcoming; the choice of materials will be developed starting from the suggestions proposed by the customer. Wood, glass, steel and polished surfaces alternating matte finishes in addition to white and the nonce ranging from sand to ivory, wear the most appropriate solution planimetric of the needs of the customer.
The proposals of the furniture here presented are a starting point from which will be developed greater detail following the final choice of the intervention, considering the wide range given by the market and the presence in the project of some furnishings tailored .

Il progetto è stato ideato mettendo al centro dell’intervento le esigenze del cliente (famiglia di 5 persone con tre figli), i suoi desiderata (zona giorno al piano terra e zona notte al primo piano con l’aggiunta di una camera)e le caratteristiche dell’immobile, valorizzandone i punti di forza (es esposizione a sud delle zone maggiormente vissute e a nord le zone servizi) ed ottimizzando gli spazi che attualmente risultano non utilizzabili (es disimpegno, corridoio, etc).
L’appartamento si presta a interessanti riflessioni; in questa sede si propongono due soluzioni differenziate dall’entità dell’intervento di ristrutturazione: la prima, più conservativa, mantiene alcuni elementi caratteristici quali il soggiorno a doppia altezza e la scala che collega il piano interrato al piano terra.
La seconda proposta, invece, prevede un intervento maggiormente invasivo al fine di creare ambienti più ampi e arieggiati. L’eliminazione della doppia altezza del soggiorno permette la realizzazione di una terza camera, così come richiesto dal cliente, anch’essa esposta a sud.
In entrambe le soluzioni si propone una valorizzazione del secondo ingresso da cui si accede ad un’area studio/ufficio che, grazie all’inserimento di porte scorrevoli, crea una zona indipendente utilizzabile in maniera duplice come zona studio privata oppure, all’occorrenza diventare parte integrante dell’open space della zona giorno.
Eventualmente si potrebbe demolire la soletta del sottotetto in modo da apprezzare il tetto a vista.
Gli ambienti sono concepiti per avere un’atmosfera calda e accogliente; la scelta dei materiali dovrà essere sviluppata partendo dalle suggestioni proposte dal cliente. Il legno, il vetro, l’acciaio e superfici lucide alternate a finiture opache oltre al bianco e alle nounce che vanno dal sabbia all’avorio, vestiranno la soluzione planimetrica più consona all’esigenze del cliente.
Le proposte degli arredi qui presentate costituiscono solo uno spunto da cui partire e dovranno essere sviluppate più nel dettaglio in seguito alla scelta definitiva dell’intervento da attuare, considerando l’ampia scelta proposta dal mercato e in virtù della presenza di alcuni arredi pensati su misura.
