As per your request, we have redesigned the lower and upper floors to 2 B&Bs. A corridor is introduced on the lower floor to provide separate access to the upper floor B&B.
On the lower floor, the bathroom is relocated to beneath the stairs in order to utilise the only window for the living space. The kitchenette is placed conveniently adjacent to the bathroom. Several furniture are suggested to pride a comfortable B&B stay. The bedspace is defined by the panelled background wall. A sheer curtain covers the entire bedspace side wall to diffuse light and soften the space.
On the upper floor, the entrance wall is adjusted by 50cm to enlarge the living space. The bathroom is located next to the entance, along with the kitchenette. This ensures that the wet areas, both on the lower and upper floors, use a single drain. With more area on the upper floor, a small dining table for two fits between the kitchenette and seating.
