Per la realizzazione del progetto si intende creare un connubio tra l'architettura classica degli edifici esistenti e quella moderna. Si intende preservare 2 dei 3 edifici restaurandoli per aggiungere valori architettonici. L'edificio al centro della proprietà fungerà da spazio per l'attesa dei clienti (reception), per la degustazione ei piani superiori funzioneranno come camere d'albergo. La fase a vigneto sarà spogliata della muratura in mattoni e sarà montata una vetrata in modo che il panorama sia mozzafiato per gli ospiti. Il secondo edificio da ristrutturare fungerà da laboratorio per la produzione e lo stoccaggio dell'uva e del vino. Lo spazio al piano terra avrà una sala d'attesa e degustazione per gli amici che sul lato sinistro avrà un negozio bio dove i clienti potranno acquistare i prodotti prodotti dal laboratorio. Sul lato destro della reception, il lounge sarà la mensa che ospiterà botti di vino e birra artigianale. La cantina avrà un collegamento diretto con la cantina e il birrificio. A lato dell'edificio verrà creato un magazzino per gli attrezzi che fungerà da garage per i trattori e gli attrezzi vari che servono nei lavori di coltivazione della vite. Il piano superiore dell'edificio sarà adibito ad appartamento completo di soggiorno, cucina e 4 camere da letto che serviranno da residenza per la famiglia proprietaria dell'immobile. Nella parte della proprietà che confina con i vigneti saranno collocate delle capanne in stile moderno che poggeranno su supporti a terra tramite più colonne in modo che l'impatto sul campo sia minimo. La vista che il cliente avrà dai balconi delle baite sarà sui vigneti. Nella parte sud della proprietà verrà creato un ristorante dal design organico incorporato con la natura. Il ristorante avrà un soffitto ad arco, ricoperto da tappeti erbosi che creeranno l'opportunità per i clienti di passarci sopra e vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il ristorante avrà una veranda con vista sui vigneti. Tutti gli edifici saranno collegati da vicoli in pietra dalle forme organiche.

It is intended to preserve 2 of the 3 buildings by restoring them to add architectural values. The building in the center of the property will function as a space for waiting for customers (reception), for tasting and the upper floors will function as hotel rooms. The vineyard-oriented phase will be stripped of brick masonry and a glass window will be mounted so that the panorama is stunning for guests. The second building to be restored will function as a workshop for the production and storage of grapes and wine. The space on the ground floor will have a waiting and tasting lounge for friends which on the left side will have a bio shop where customers can buy products produced by the workshop. On the right side of the reception, the lounge will be the canteen which will store wine barrels and artisanal beer. The winery will have a direct connection with the winery and brewery. On the side of the building will be created a warehouse for tools that will function as a garage for tractors and various tools that serve in the work of grape cultivation. The upper floor of the building will be used as an apartment complete with a living room, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms which will serve as a residence for the family that owns the property. In the part of the property that borders the vineyards, modern style cabins will be placed which will stand on supports on the ground through several columns so that the impact is minimal in the field. The view that the client will have from the balconies of the cabins will be of the vineyards. In the southern part of the property will be created a restaurant with organic design incorporated with nature. The restaurant will have an arched ceiling, covered with grass carpets which will create the opportunity for customers to pass over it and have an unforgettable experience. The restaurant will have a veranda overlooking the vineyards. All buildings will be connected by stone alleys with organic shapes.
