La proposta presentata nasce da uno studio preliminare per capire come ottimizzare gli spazi e renderli quanto più funzionali, per questo si propongono due soluzioni simili per gli ambienti inseriti ma con collocazione differente per quanto riguarda la cucina; questa nella prima soluzione si va a collocare in adiacenza alla parete del bagno (per non incidere eccessivamente sul sistema degli scarichi) e nella seconda soluzione in posizione come da capitolato ma con una distribuzione più lineare. I materiali inseriti rendono l’ambiente molto confortevole, in particolare il legno abbinato al metallo nero per dare quel leggero stile industriale ma sempre con ottime finiture rendono la casa accogliente. La prima soluzione si caratterizza per l’ingresso in una prima zona office in stile open e con mobile guardaroba filomuro, per poi proseguire con un grande mobile con teche incassate per lasciare così spazio alla zona tv con antistante divano; la zona living continua con la zona pranzo e la cucina con penisola. Accattivante è la soluzione adottata per defilare alla vista la cucina oltre la porta per accedere al disimpegno notte grazie al mobile tv che si sviluppa con un sistema a giorno in altezza. La seconda soluzione lascia invariate le funzioni come da capitolato pur inserendo sempre armadi e mobili contenitori, la cucina più lineare e con piano snack è anche più facilmente reperibile in commercio e offre la possibilità di avere un pensile sospeso sopra ai piani cottura e di lavoro; inoltre il tavolo pranzo in posizione adiacente risulta essere ben funzionale per poi lasciare spazio al divano con mobile tv e ulteriore mobile libreria porta oggetti con piano per l’home office. Per quanto riguarda la zona notte si è optato per ridurre al minimo gli interventi con la sola eccezione della camera padronale che in una soluzione, grazie all’eliminazione della seconda porta di accesso, viene proposta con bagno en-suite in modo così da ridurre l’ingombro delle porte. Per l’altra camera si sono adottate soluzioni con arredi lineari in modo da offrire la possibilità di avere anche una seconda zona studio.

The proposal presented comes from a preliminary study to understand how to optimize the spaces and make them as functional as possible, for this reason two similar solutions are proposed for the rooms inserted but with different locations as regards the kitchen; in the first solution this is placed adjacent to the bathroom wall (so as not to excessively affect the drain system) and in the second solution in a position as per the specifications but with a more linear distribution. The materials included make the environment very comfortable, in particular the wood combined with black metal to give that light industrial style but always with excellent finishes make the house welcoming. The first solution is characterized by the entrance into a first open-style office area with a flush-to-the-wall wardrobe unit, and then continues with a large piece of furniture with built-in display cases to leave room for the TV area with a sofa in front; the living area continues with the dining area and the kitchen with peninsula. The solution adopted to hide the kitchen from view beyond the door to access the night hallway is captivating thanks to the TV cabinet which develops with an open system in height. The second solution leaves the functions unchanged as per the specifications while still inserting wardrobes and storage units, the more linear kitchen with a snack top is also more easily available on the market and offers the possibility of having a wall unit suspended above the hobs and worktops; furthermore, the adjacent dining table is very functional and then leaves space for the sofa with TV cabinet and further bookcase for objects with a surface for the home office. As regards the sleeping area, we opted to reduce interventions to a minimum with the sole exception of the master bedroom which in one solution, thanks to the elimination of the second access door, is proposed with an en-suite bathroom in order to reduce the the size of the doors. For the other bedroom, solutions with linear furnishings were adopted in order to offer the possibility of also having a second study area.
